1. What services do you offer?
We offer handmade, proudly South African Feather Crochet hair and operate in two ways:
- Pre-made option: We source the bundles for you, convert them, and sell them ready-made (pricing as per our catalogue).
- Conversion service: You send us your bundles, and we convert them for you at R480 per bundle.
2. How many bundles do I need?
Each bundle contains 100 strands. Please see product descriptions for further info.
3. Will the hair length change during conversion?
Yes. During the conversion process, the hair will becomes shorter by approximately 1 inch. We also remove the filler hair (shorter supporting strands added for bulk in a bundle) to help prevent excess shedding and ensure a cleaner, longer-lasting result.
4. Is the hair human hair?
Yes, the hair is 100% human hair and can be washed and bleached.
5. How long does the hair last?
Longevity depends on maintenance, but clients generally reuse the hair 3–5 times with proper care.
6. Where are you based?
We are based in Cape Town and currently do not have a physical store as we are expanding. Collection is available in Cape Town City Centre (location provided prior to collection).
7. How does shipping work?
Bundles can be sent to us via PUDO lockers. We ship nationwide via PUDO:

If you prefer door-to-door delivery or another courier method, this can be discussed with us.
8. What is the turnaround time?
Turnaround time depends on whether the desired product is in stock.
For the conversion option:
It takes approximately 2–3 days for us to receive the hair from you. It then takes us approximately 2 days to complete the conversion. As each set is handmade, timing may vary slightly depending on current order volume.
9. Care Instructions
The hair is 100% human hair, so it can be washed and bleached. Avoid excessive heat from styling tools, as high temperatures may damage the keratin bonds. Use moderate heat settings when styling, and keep the tool away from the keratin bonds. Proper maintenance and gentle handling will help extend the lifespan of the hair.
